What is it?
The Springboard Women's Development Programme is the 3 month award-winning personal and work development programme for non-management women.
Kim Morgan is one of many Springboard trainers around the world specially licenced to deliver the program. The Springboard Women's Development Programme has won many prestigious awards for quality and innovation, most notably a National Training Award from the UK government.
Who is it for?
It's for women who know there is more to life and are seeking how to go about achieving it. Most Springboard participants are in non-management roles inside organisations whilst others are self-employed, unemployed or working in voluntary organisations. The programme is specially tuned to suit management women and universities use a special version for undergraduate students.
It's for employers who want to develop their staff to their fullest potential and to give their staff opportunities to develop within the organisation.
What are the results?
Women assess themselves, set goals and then develop the practical skills and self confidence needed to achieve those goals.
