Kim Morgan is the Director of Barefoot Coaching Ltd. She was one of the UK’s first executive business and personal coaches, who has pioneered and led externally certified University Masters Level Post Graduate Awards in Coach Training since 2001.
She is a sought after conference speaker on all aspects of coaching, psychology and change management. Kim’s presentations are fascinating, humorous, and always weave in many of her own real life examples.
With over 25 years experience of psychology and people development, across all sectors of public and private business, Kim draws extensively on her experiences of what universally works to make great leaders, successful teams and outstanding organisations.

Although Kim’s work is undoubtedly her passion she also finds time for her love of Italy – its language, culture and food; entertaining friends and family; walking in the Derbyshire countryside and secretly watching trashy tv programmes!

Cara de Faye is the Business Development Manager for Barefoot Coaching Ltd. Having completed her studies in Business Management, Cara achieved the Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching in 2004.  For several years she ran her own successful coaching business (until she was lured away to work at Barefoot!) As a natural entrepreneur she is passionate about finding out what it is that makes a business great. 
Cara is usually the first person you will come into contact with at Barefoot Coaching and you will find her knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm for coaching really infectious.  As a facilitator on the courses, Cara provides guidance, honest feedback and support to all the students to enable them to become the best coaches they can be.

When she is not working at Barefoot, she loves property development, travelling in France, working on her allotment and spending happy times with friends and family.
