Kim Morgan Director of Barefoot Coaching Ltd is set to take the stage by storm as the key note speaker for this years EMCC annual Conference 26th -28th November 2009!

The conference is being held in Amsterdam and is the 16th annual conference for the EMCC.

Kim Morgan will be opening the conference by giving a motivational and insiteful speach on

 'You as coach - the greatest tool for change in your tool kit'

The coach’s persona is integral to the success of the coaching relationship and the extent to which the client makes changes in their life, behaviours and thinking.  The role of coach goes beyond processes, tools and techniques and adherence to professional standards. 

It is an art, a science and a complex act of intellectual, emotional and conversational plate-spinning.  Great coaches strike a tender balance between respectful acknowledgement of their client’s reality and blatant disregard for it, whilst maintaining a positive, light and affectionate framework.

Creating the core conditions to bring about transformational change requires the coach to have the highest levels of self-knowledge and personal courage.

In this session, Kim Morgan will challenge you to concentrate less on methodology and process and more on You as Coach being the greatest tool for change you have in your toolkit!
