Why Introduce Someone to Barefoot?
Many of us found our way into coaching because somebody believed in us first.
They saw our potential, encouraged us to try something new, or helped us imagine a future we hadn’t yet considered.
By introducing someone to Barefoot, you could help them discover a career they’ll love, develop life-changing skills, or simply take the next step in their personal and professional growth.
And if they choose to join a ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme cohort that starts between September and the end of 2026, we’ll thank you with £150 of Barefoot Community Credit, and they’ll receive £150 off their training fees.
What Could Your Referral Gain?
- A New Direction
For some people, coach training leads to an entirely new career. For others, it becomes a powerful way to enhance their leadership, communication and relationships. - A Recognised Qualification
Your referral will have the opportunity to gain a university-approved postgraduate qualification alongside internationally recognised ICF accreditation, whilst saving £150. - A Supportive Community
They won’t just join a programme. They’ll become part of a community of coaches, leaders and change-makers who continue supporting one another long after graduation. - A Chance to Make a Difference
Coaching creates positive ripples in organisations, families and communities. The impact often extends far beyond the individual completing the programme.
