How the Postgraduate Certificate Works
Rather than exams, the Postgraduate Certificate is assessed through reflective writing. You’ll complete three essays, each linked to a different aspect of your coaching learning.
These are not traditional academic essays. They’re an opportunity to think deeply about your own coaching practice, bringing together your experience, reflection, and relevant theory.
Explores how you coach day-to-day, your approach, your style, and how your thinking shows up in real client work.
Looks at how coaching creates movement and transformation, linking your experience with relevant theories of change.

Focuses on coaching within systems and organisations, how context, culture and stakeholders shape your work.
The Important Elements of a Transformational Coaching Relationship
This essay explores what makes a coaching relationship transformational, focusing on the elements, such as trust, presence and contracting, that enable meaningful change.
You Won’t Be Doing This Alone
