This programme is suitable for any Organisation that is looking to invest and support women (or anybody who identifies as a woman) in their business to develop their self-belief and confidence. For women who are experiencing change (in all its forms), or who are looking for that something extra to supercharge their careers. The in-house programme brings delegates together, like-minded individuals experiencing similar challenges, to take some quality time out to reassess and revaluate their goals, build lasting networks, careers and direction in life.
As well as learning from and with each other, delegates will also experience and practise a number of coaching tools and techniques.
