This programme is suitable for women (or anybody who identifies as a woman) who wish to develop their self-belief and confidence, are experiencing change (in all its forms), or who are looking to advance their careers. The programme offers delegates the opportunity to come together with like-minded individuals experiencing similar challenges, to take some quality time out to reassess and revaluate their goals, careers and direction in life.
As well as learning from and with each other, delegates will also experience and practise a number of coaching tools and techniques.

- Take ownership of situations by using tried and tested Coaching techniques

This training is available at a cost of £800 plus VAT per delegate.
