Build Confident Women In Your Organisation
A coaching-led programme to strengthen confidence, voice, and influence, so women step into leadership and thrive there.
Some of the organisations we are proud to have worked with

Why Organisations Invest In This
Many organisations are committed to developing diverse leadership—but still see:
- Capable women holding back in key conversations
- Confidence gaps despite strong performance
- Lower representation at senior levels
- High-potential talent not fully progressing
This isn’t about capability, it’s about confidence, voice, and the environment around it.
This programme helps organisations unlock that potential, supporting women to contribute more fully, and strengthening leadership pipelines as a result.
What Changes as a Result?
For participants:
- Greater confidence speaking up and influencing others
- Stronger sense of self and leadership identity
- Ability to navigate challenge, pressure, and organisational dynamics
- More ownership of their development and direction
For organisations:
- A more confident, visible leadership pipeline
- Increased engagement and retention of high-potential women
- Stronger decision-making and contribution across teams
- Progress toward diversity and inclusion goals in a meaningful, practical way
How The Programme Works
This is a coach-led, group-based development experience, designed to create real change, not just insight.
Participants come together in small cohorts to explore real workplace challenges through guided conversations. These sessions are led by experienced Barefoot tutors, creating a space where insight is shaped through dialogue, not delivered as content.
Each session introduces simple, effective coaching tools that can be applied immediately. Participants leave with approaches they can use in everyday conversations, whether leading meetings, giving feedback, or navigating challenge.
The programme creates time to step back and think—something many leaders rarely get. Through shared experience, participants realise they’re not alone in the challenges they face, and learn from the perspectives of others.
We create a space where people feel safe to be honest, while also being gently challenged to think differently and stretch beyond their usual ways of operating. This balance is where real growth happens.
Everything in the programme connects back to participants’ roles, so what they explore isn’t theoretical, but directly relevant to their day-to-day leadership.
What We Focus On
The programme explores key themes that consistently show up in our work with women in leadership, including:
- Confidence and self-belief at work
- Speaking with impact and finding your voice
- Navigating expectations and organisational dynamics
- Letting go of unhelpful patterns such as people-pleasing
- Building presence, influence, and authenticity as a leader
This isn’t about “fixing” individuals, it’s about creating the conditions for them to thrive.
Designed for Organisations
This programme is delivered in-house, for cohorts of women within your organisation. It is suitable for:
- Emerging and mid-level leaders
- High-potential individuals stepping into greater responsibility
