Barefoot Coaching’s Certificate in Coaching Supervision
University approved supervisor training
Barefoot Coaching has particular expertise in training coaches to become coach supervisors and has been delivering a university-approved Coaching Supervision programme since 2008.
For a coach, professional supervision is crucial for continuous professional development. It provides a safe, supportive space for reflection, guarantees quality, embeds ethical practice, and offers the opportunity to re-energise and review coaching practices.
Our programme cultivates skilled, ethical, and reflective supervisors, providing theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and reflective practice skills to support the professional development of coaches and maintain high standards in the coaching profession.
