Development for Existing Coaches

"You don't understand anything until you learn it more than one way." - Marvin Minsky

"Being at ease with not knowing is crucial for answers to come to you"

Barefoot offers a range of courses and development opportunities for experienced coaches who have completed their initial coach training and are looking to increase the breadth or depth of their coaching work.

Our Tutors
Our tutors are experts in their field. They are experienced, ICF accredited coaching professionals, trained to postgraduate level and have Barefoot’s required combination of technical expertise, psychological understanding and professional credibility.

Coaching Supervision

Professional supervision is essential for practicing coaches. Supervision provides a safe, supportive space to reflect, re-energise and review your coaching practice.

Group Supervision

Barefoot offers regular small group supervision sessions, run by our expert coach supervisors, all of whom are practicing coaches themselves and hold a Postgraduate qualification in Coaching Supervision.

Supervision sessions are usually focused on actual case studies which coaches bring to the supervisor and to the group. These sessions are a source of ideas, information and suggestions as well as practical support with live client cases.

Barefoot also offers individual supervision to coaches working freelance or within organisations. We can match you with the right personal supervisor to support your continuing professional development as a coach.
