In this Tools Booklet you’ll find a host of tools for use in your coaching practice. Remember however that coaching is so much more than the application of specific tools, and rather is fundamentally based on a strong coaching relationship, bringing all of yourself into the relationship. Indeed “a preoccupation with using techniques is seen as depersonalizing the relationship” (Corey, 1996). However, we hope you find this a valuable resource as you continue your work and development as a coach. This booklet summarises a number of tools, giving an overview of why the tool might be useful and practically how you would use it. Some of the tools included: Behavioural Rehearsal Creative Coaching Obstacle Analysis Grid Addressing Procrastination …Plus many more!
